This is why our return policy establishes that any product that is received in poor production elaboration will be returned at the cost of Roses Forever USA, since your product is received at the facilities of Roses Forever USA will be examined for elaboration issues. After the result is established, and if Roses Forever USA establishes that in effect the product does not establish the elaboration procedures, the product will be replaced and re-sent under expenses to Roses Forever USA. If the product is in fact already inspected by Roses Forever USA personnel and it is concluded that the product meets the established production standards, the return and re-shipping charges will be charged to the respective buyer and will be reflected in the original payment method used or and invoice will be sent to the buyer.
If the purchased product is damaged due to damage issues from the parcel companies and the buyers are not satisfied with the damages created by handling such items. Roses Forever USA will need you to contact us the same day that the product was received and send us photographs containing the damages created by packages used under Roses Forever USA. Upon reaching the conclusion that there were indeed damages from the parcel company, the product will be replaced but buyers will obtain return and re-shipping charges.
